I was only here briefly today and actually didn't look around the inside too much - my biking party and I ate outside. I appreciated their 3.99 deal for a sub, chips and a drink. The sub seemed smaller than a 6 inch but for 3.99 I think all in all was a good deal. I really liked the bread on the sub. Cute place.

LOVE this place. It's a great change-up from the normal sub chains. Friendly staff, amazing shakes, and really tasty subs. I also enjoy the little chocolates we get after each purchase. Cozy environment. Convenient as heck for me. Always a pleasure.

I have driven past this place plenty of times and only seeing chocolate factory I thought it was a candy store so I never gave it any thought. When I accidentally came across the menu and saw that it was much more I knew I would try it. The inside was very nice and clean looking. My first impression was that it was an up scale version of those custards places that serve food. I decided that this would be the Friday work lunch spot. I opted for the Italian with extra meat because I have had subs with very little meat and I will not mention any names. It had Genoa and cotto salami, provolone cheese, red onion, lettuce, vinegar/oil on a fresh roll. The roll had a crispy crust with soft bread on the inside that was great. There was plenty of meat, see my pictures. The sub was now my second favorite behind the pick nick basket. The sub was very tasty and it all worked very well. Overall it was very good with a good quality sandwich. The ice creme options looked very good. 6 subs will get you a small free Sunday with the punch card and 11 is one free sub. We will be back.

They have great subs and great ice cream too. The sub sandwich is served on a bread that is a little crusty on the outside and has a great aroma and flavor. The sub ingredients are high quality and very tasty. The ice cream is rich and creamy. Please stop in and give them a try. I bet you will love it.

I've been to this location a few times, Service is good, it is different seeing younger guy's working here when the Waukesha location is mostly ladies working. Same good food as the other locations, only issue is the small tight parking lot, but the actually resturant is quite large inside.

The Chocolate Factory fits in the same category as City Market. Yummy sandwiches that are way overpriced. The $3.99 deal for chips, soda and a half sub is nice, but isn't filling up a hearty appetite. Their croissant sandwiches are great, but getting one with chips and soda will put you in the $10+ range. I have a hard time spending that for a sandwich or for a quick lunch. The location is nice and big and a good option when you're in this part of Elm Grove, though the lot is small and can be tricky to navigate.

I was running late and needed to grab a bite, so I stopped at The Chocolate Factory. I had a ham and cheese sub, and the ham was better quality than the last few times I've had subs at those national sub shops, and the bread was crusty good. The free piece of chocolate was a nice treat, too!
